Man skal have en god moral: "Everyone who wishes to enter Australia must be assessed against the character requirements

Man skal have en god moral: "Everyone who wishes to enter Australia must be assessed against the character requirements. For the Australian Government to determine whether you are of good character, you may be asked to provide police certificates for each country you have lived in for 12 months or more over the last ten (10) years since turning 16."

Man skal være sund og rask: "If you are planning to visit or live in Australia and are not an Australian citizen or permanent resident, you must meet certain health requirements before a visa can be granted. ... Most applicants for permanent visas, and temporary or provisional visas that lead to the grant of a permanent visa, are required to undergo health examinations for permanent entry to Australia. ... Costs associated with health examinations are the responsibility of the applicant."

Der bliver taget fingeraftryk og billede: "Clients applying for Protection visas in Australia will need to provide a digital photograph and fingerprints at an office of the department."
