The Daily Mail printed a picture of where Jihadi John was struck down by a drone strike, in downtown Raqqa, the ISIS capital.
Look what's marked in that picture: The sharia court that issues fatwas to kill westerners, and to rape captured women, among other things. And look at the bottom. That's ISIS headquarters.
