Fighters of 'Azov' volunteer battalion, that reports to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and is under the command of a newly elected Member of Parliament, place a prisoner on the ground with tied hands, put a pot over his head, and step on it, thereby breaking his neck.
At 0:40 in the video you can see a member of "Azov" battalion putting a pot on the neck of a man who is lying on the ground. Then he steps on the pot. You can see his foot going up, and hear the sound of the impact at 0.43 in the video. The narrow edge of the pot breaks the cervical vertebrae of the victim.
